Initial Resettlement

World Relief-Moline (WR-M) staff and volunteers greet newly arriving refugees at the airport to welcome them to United States. WR-M then provides initial resettlement services to refugees for three to six months after arrival in the Quad Cities. In partnership with local churches and volunteers, our resettlement services aim to aid in refugees’ adjustment to the new culture and provide support as a catalyst for self-sufficiency.

If you'd like to donate items to help a newly arriving refugee request a list by calling our World Relief office at 309-764-2279
